Cancellation & Refund Policy

RankLakshyam provides online exam preparation features. Access is delivered digitally through the website or app after sign-in. No physical product is shipped.

Users may stop using the service at any time. For paid premium plans, cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase or inside the payment flow will apply.

Cancelling a plan stops future access or renewals where applicable. It does not automatically create a refund for access already delivered.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered for:

• Duplicate payment for the same account or plan.
• Payment captured but premium access was not activated.
• Accidental transaction reported promptly with valid payment details.
• Technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Use the official support channel listed in the app store listing or the in-app support flow. Include your registered email address, payment reference, payment date, plan purchased, and a short reason for the request.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 business days. The final credit timeline depends on the bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet, or payment method used.
