RankLakshyam uses Google sign-in to create and secure your account. We store the account details and learning records needed to operate the exam preparation service.
- Name, email address, and profile image from Google sign-in.
- Practice progress, attempts, scores, streaks, bookmarks, and revision data.
- Preferences such as target exam, language, and reminder settings.
- Bug reports, question reports, and basic payment status for premium access.
How we use information
We use collected information to run and improve the service, including:
- Authenticating users and keeping accounts secure.
- Syncing progress across devices and showing analytics.
- Maintaining leaderboards, streaks, premium access, and revision tools.
- Preventing abuse, investigating reports, and improving reliability.
We do not sell personal data.
Payments and third-party services
Payment processing may be handled by providers such as Razorpay. We store payment status and references needed to activate premium access, resolve support requests, and prevent duplicate claims.
Third-party services used by the app may include Google authentication, database hosting, cache/storage providers, payment processors, analytics/monitoring, and hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to run the service.
Data protection
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored using supported browser or app mechanisms. Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorized administrators.
Account deletion
You can request account or data deletion by following the steps on our Delete Account page. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment dispute handling.
